Everything was good with the service. He replaced the part in a very timely manner. The problem was he charged me $450 for a part that should have cost somewhere closer to $200-$250. I feel like I got ripped off.

My parents used Mark regularly - when I bought their house I have continued to use him. He recently installed a new faucet with sprayer in my kitchen, along with 2 30" supply lines.
